This form will let you remove the folowing types of IPs from our lists:
This form will not let you remove direct spam sources, dial-up ranges, multi-stage open relays, or dynablock.njabl.org listings.
Do not email asking for removal of dynablock listings. Dynablock listings can only be removed via the Spamhaus PBL web site. Warning: If you have not fixed your open relay or proxy, it will be re-added to the list when it is retested a short time after it's removed. After an IP has been removed 3 times, there is a penalty delay of 1 hour before it can be removed again. This penalty then quadruples for each successive removal.Note: Do not email us asking for an IP to be removed/excluded because some other site says the IP is not an open relay or proxy. We run our own tests, and if our tests show your site is open, it's open. The only way out is to fix your server. Removal requests sent via email that do not have a 4-byte dotted-quad IP address or IP network in the Subject will be filtered/ignored. If you email us requesting removal of a "spam source" listing, and we have spam on file from the IP, you must explain how the spam originated and what has been done to prevent future spams from originating from the IP or your request will be ignored. |
